I just dealt with the exact same issue. Here's what I did:
Step 1: Delete the jar files that have been "evicted" as these are the older jar files and are creating conflicts.
Step 2: After Step 1, all the userlib errors should disappear. However, the AccessDeniedException error may persist. I tried Clean the Deployment Directory on the App menu in StudioPro but this didn't work. I manually deleted the deployment folder in the App directory and tried to run the application and this worked.

As ravi suggested, in studio Pro on top left corner click on App->Clean Deployment directory do this and also do App-> Synchronize app directory and restart your system , this might resolve your issue.
