Increase/Decrease time widget

I need to increase/decrease time (hh:mm) in a date widget. We have a "number counter" available in marketplace for do that for integers. What is the easy and good looking solution for similar behaviour for date?

Did you try to use the Advanced Date Picker?
You can make the widget just show the time:
