Hi,  Is possibile to share on personale site mendix profile badge ?

Yes, first make your profile public.

Then at the top right you will see a button "Make profile public".

 

Once you have done so: use the link to your profile's badge-page: https://developerprofiles.mendix.com/link/profile/badges/60804, where 60804 will be your number.
