How to create one to many relation entities with using domain model generator

I'm having a trouble with creating entities with using domain model generator. Is there anybody know how to ask domain model generator to create one to many relation entities? This is what I want to create. Employee is many and Department is one relation. I asked domain model generator to create entities clear and simple. "create one to many relation entities. One is Department and many is Employee." But still I get the result below.

I have tried it myself as well and many to many is Maia's favorite.

FYI: the domain model generator is a beta release and its first beta release; in other words it does work, but not as it should in the end. D0 not expect that it will generate you a proper model at this moment. It will, but not now.
