What do you mean exactly? I assume that this is the switch you see on the Environments page?

When enabling this options, you see an improved version of the Team Server regarding Environments and Deployment.

For example: Previously you had to manually sit to the process of creating a package, uploading this package to the target environment, configuring the environment and (re)starting the environment.

Now this can be done through a wizard and will be executed all at once, without sitting through the process.
