Does your local network block access to external systems? Try using the ping command to see if you get a response back, if you don't you know it's an issue with your network.
ping smpt.gmail.comhttps://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/windows-commands/ping
If you get a response, try looking in the Studio Pro console for the error. You may find more details about the issue listed there.
