Hello Mendix Support Team, I am facing an issue accessing my Mendix Academy account. My password has expired, and I am unable to reset it because I no longer have access to the registered email ID. Since I no longer have access to my institutional email, I kindly request assistance in recovering my account. If needed, I can verify my identity through alternative methods. Is there a way to change my email ID or regain access to my account? I have important projects stored there, and I would really appreciate any help you can provide. Looking forward to your response.

For these cases it would be best to contact support via https://support.mendix.com/hc/en-us. I can't promise they'll be able to help you, but you'll have a better chance than here on the forum.
