Generally, certification records are maintained by organization competency team based upon employees' input and certification evidence.

Not sure we can pull that from mendix sprintr login.

Please check your query with academy support team if they provide any provision to pull certification details for specific organization.

Could you search for their public developer profile and see what level of certification they have achieved? It should be in the top right of their profile page.
