Hi Heli, it’s likely due to a configuration or backend service issue.
Check Mendix Studio Pro Version
Maia works best in Mendix 10.6 or later.
Update to the latest version if you're on an older one.
Check Company Firewall or Proxy
If you're on a corporate network, your firewall or proxy may be blocking AI requests.
Ask your IT team to allow connections
Sign in to Mendix Profile in Studio Pro
Go to Studio Pro > Sign in (top-right corner).
Maia only works if you're signed in with a valid Mendix account.
Disable VPN or Switch Network Temporarily
Try disabling your VPN or switching to a different network to rule out connectivity issues.
Restart Studio Pro and Try Again
Close Mendix Studio Pro completely and reopen it.
Then try using Maia to generate the domain model again.
If you've tried everything and it's still not working:
Go to Help > Contact Support in Studio Pro and report the issue.
Include the exact error message, your Mendix version, and a screenshot if possible.
