Extensibility API - Build and ConsistencyError

Simplified Question: When I add a custom ConsistencyError in Mendix Studio Pro, it's visible in the Error pane. However, the error is not displayed in MxBuild logs during build completion, even though the error is shown in Studio Pro. Could I have suggestions to resolve this discrepancy?

As you can see, using Mendix Studio Pro I cannot compile the app due to my custom error, while I can do so using MxBuild.
