Search for Market module work!

Hi! I have been seeing this issue from quite sometime and not able to figure it our! In 10.18.7 - Im not able to see the market module related code when i search. For example - if i wanted to go to account entity which is present in Administration, i dont find that particular entity when i do ctrl+G. Not just that account entity - anything specific to market module. Is there any feature to enable or disable to get the fix?

There should be a filter button on the topright corner allowing you to select Marketplace modules
