After performing an iisreset, our Mendix application shows a 502 Bad Gateway error on the first request. The Mendix runtime itself continues running (it is installed as a Windows Service), but IIS seems unable to connect to the runtime immediately after the reset. After refreshing the page, the application loads normally.
