Error Starting Runtime in Mendix Test App: AdminException Issue

Has anyone faced this issue while setting up a testing environment in Mendix? For the testing app, the build completes successfully, but the runtime fails to start. When I check the More option, I see the following error: Failed to start runtime: start failed: class com.mendix.m2ee.api.internal.AdminException occurred while executing an admin action request. See logging output for details.: Response has a non-successful 1 result.
