COnnect with FileOnchange, upload Imager, carousel

I am using the Upload Image widget to upload a file and using the FileOnchange action to save the image in the domain model. However, I am facing an issue with displaying the uploaded image using the Carousel widget. Based on Latitude and longitiude it map the multiple images.
