Why cant I get the Teamcenter Connector Sample to run?

I have downloaded the Teamcenter Connector Sample App v2.2 as I am using Studio Pro 8.9. I have updated the Atlas UI to get rid of the errors, but when running the app locally I can’t get a webpage to load. The microflow that runs on startup as a default page doesn’t seem to run. When putting a breakpoint on the first action it doesn’t even hit it. Am I missing something? Thanks.
