Could not able to connect mendix with Teamcenter 13.1

Hi all, Trying to integrate mendix studio pro 8.18.3 with Teamcenter 13.1 with the help of TcConnector, getting connectivity error “ Ignoring error for page TcConnector/AdminHomePage.page.xml: Loading of a page has been superseded by request for TcConnector/AdminHomePage.page.xml”, attached the screenshot of the same. kindly help me to resolve the issue.
