Unknown Error occurred when try to start the server and the native packager

Whenever I am running the native app locally the mentioned error is coming. My windows is up to date as per some suggestions, I have restarted my system several times, the issue is coming with new app as well as existing app whenever try to run locally.

Hi Rohit,
Clean the deployment directory and Synchronize the app once and in Native mobile navigation got to synchronization configuration and select the Download option as (Nothing). Attached screenshot for reference.
