JCoException While using Bapi connector for test the SAP connection

Hi , I trying to test the SAP BAPI Connection but When I am trying. I got com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: Initialization of destination A12 failed: Connect to SAP gateway failed Connection parameters: TYPE=A can anyone know how to give host name with parameter in getJcoDestination for bapi connection ?
