Display JT file from system file document error using 3D viewer

I'd like to request assistance in displaying a JT file using a 3D viewer in Mendix. I've set up a microflow for this process, but I'm encountering the following error: 404 - file not found for file: visualization/mx/usermodel&94/ps The debugger indicates that the files are present in the model document.
