I have deployed mendix project to eclipse. Now I have eliminated some of the java actions from my mendix console. When I deploy the project for eclipse again, will eliminated java actions also be removed? Or should we do modifications manually? Any help/comment would be much appreciated !

If the Java action is still in the modeler the Java code will again be generated with the generic standard line with something like "No Java code" (the exact phrase I can not recollect at the moment). Only after removing the Java action in the modeler the Java code will be removed.
