Which organisations do supply Address information based on Postalcode & Housenumber?

Hi, I am building an AppStore module for gathering "Address information services" based on Postalcode & Housenumber for as much countries as I can find. So far: The Netherlands: BAG & PDOK, free service, got it up and running. The UK: Module AddressLookupAPI, free service. It is not housenumber specific. So there is room for improvement. The US: USPS, free service. Still looking for someone having an MendixAPIconsumption to share with me.  First countries of attention: Belgium and Germany. Also other west-european countries. And any country in the rest of the world. If you know of any organisation that supplies this information in their country, please let me know. If you have any module/widget/project that implements any of these services, please let me know.

Hi Tim,

Really nice. You can take a look at:

http://results.openaddresses.io/coverage/world/

They have a lot of countries covered already, per country they mention the source where they gathered the data.

The United States Postal Service has an API for address verification

The Canadian postal service has an address lookup API which is comprehensive.  It does have a license requirement for higher volume requests:

Thanks guys for your help. Now I have placed my app in the appstore for everyone to use. And of course to add and improve.

Appname: PostalCodeHousenumber

Local database works, NL works, Canada and US are not yet implemented, but set up. And several ideas and features to add.
