This error is best solved by the creators themselves: Siemens. So contact the uploader.
Even more so because the App implements a connector to Siemens’ admin-tool. They surely want it to work flawlessly.
Btw. Weird to see that this app, posted by Siemens, only has “Community Support”. Apparently they are reluctant to support it themselves.
I solved it. The problem was that I had configured in the settings of the project, the server port with a port that was already being used in the system.
I have finally connected to TC.
