Allow external DB connection string for Mendix Public Cloud applications

It would be excellent to have a hybrid environment where we could self-host a database such as PostgreSQL for the domain model, and as long as the database has network connectivity the app could still talk to that database.

It works well when developing and testing locally. It would definitely need warning labels as it would be a semi-professional type feature.

Use cases could include:

• Hooking up a BI tool such as PowerBI
• Ad-hoc querying by power users
• Bulk data migrations
  • Imagine running a script to delete/reload an entire set of configuration
• Set up Stored Procedures to perform administrative tasks such as keeping statistics and counts up to date without having to convert what could be a simple SQL query into some very complicated Microflows
