Hi,
As of late we've run into multiple different issues with backups for which we needed to contact mx support. This caused a lot of idle time and overhead for our team & Mendix.
For example:
All in all I feel like we miss a lot of insight into the process and everything that might be wrong due to human or technical error.
Therefor I'm suggesting that we have a (separate) backup log which logs the actions that the backup server is doing so you know how far it is in the process or at least shows the errors which occur.
