How to generate Mendix ID from DB layer ?

Dears, is there’s a way to generate Mendix table id (GUID) from DB layer (ex: oracle DB) ?

The GUID’s are maintained by the platform and there’s at least no official way to generate these GUID’s.

Why would you want to do that?
