Recently after a minor production release we found that the entities related to a pluggable widget had their data completely erased. This deployment was similar to any other deployment we usually do and there had been no change in the pluggable widget in this release. We have checked and verified everything and there was no manual intervention on the server as well. Before production, the same package was deployed on test and acceptance environments and no data loss was observed. Can anyone help us on how to debug what caused the tables to be truncated on prod env?
