Unable to connect with Microsoft sql using data base connector

I want to connect to microsoft sql using data base connector by using execute statement and its showing me an error message Caused by: com.mendix.core.CoreRuntimeException: com.mendix.systemwideinterfaces.MendixRuntimeException: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The TCP/IP connection to the host MSSQLSERVER/default, port 1433 has failed. Error: "MSSQLSERVER/default. Verify the connection properties. Make sure that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port. Make sure that TCP connections to the port are not blocked by a firewall.". I checked that port 1433 is running and enabled TCP/IP but also same error showing I have attached images which i have done
