Allow Xpath in dataview like listview

or allow listviews to retrieve “first” like in MF. or is this a bad idea?> vs dataview:

I like the idea of using XPath to return one object, as an alternative to GetOrCreate datasourceflows.

Wouldnt it make more sense to have XPath datasource inside of a dataview which only returns one object rather than using a list widget to display only one item?
