I have to import several Excel files into the application and this is probably done with Excel Importer and MX Model Reflection, but from what I found that this requires the created entities with responding attributes inside. Is there a way that can create entities automatically once I choose the Excel file I need to import?

Domain model is the basic of Mendix
You cannot create domain model entities during runtime
There is an option to create an app from Excel. But I guess, it wont suite your scenario.
