Associated System.FileDocument entity are not getting deleted after logging out

I have created an entity of System.FileDocument and added the association of Session. When I open file, a entry is created and that is associated to $currentSession. When I log out from the application, which basically clears the session, should also delete the files from the file system. But that is not happening. Note: I have added the association in such a way that, if I delete the session, the associated FileDocument will also be deleted.
