How do I connect to the Mongo Database in Mendix? I have tried downloading MongoDB Connector, I don't know what to do after that.

There are several, which one did you download?

MongoDB has a "ReadMe" file included in the module which should explain how to use it.

Mendix MongoDB Connector has their documentation on the marketplace page, including instructions for configuration and use.
