How to connect one database to two servers

Hi. I'm using two AWS EC2 (Linux), deploy Docker with mendix-dockerbuildpack Each EC2 wants to connect same one RDS, but JDBC not supported And i'm not use EKS or Kubernates Is there a way? Thanks.
