Mendix app getting data from MySQL using external connector doesnt work in Cloud

Hi, I have a application which I have connected to MySQL database server in cloud service using MySQL connector. Connection works great when publishing app locally but it doesn't work anymore when publishing app to Mendix Cloud. In cloud log this error appears: "Internal server error Error: An error occurred while executing microflow data source for widget ReportingApp.Home_Web.columnChart1: Internal server error" Any idea how to solve this issue or what is behind this problem? I am currently using Mendix free version.
