How to specify application name via SQL Server connection string

Hi support, We are working on a on-premise application with SQL Server database. And we want to do data audit via triggers. However, I don’t see any place to set application name for the connection string. Therefore, the function APP_NAME() always returns “Mendix” for all connections made from different applications. Please advise. Thanks, Huy
