Alternate Unique Key

I want to be able to enforce an alternate unique key consisting of two fields in an entity. Can I do that in Mendix?

Create a new field, associate “before commit” microflow with the entity, in the microflow concatenate your two fields and update the “new field” with the concatenation, make “new field” unique.
