while running application locally it throws error such as Opening JDBC connection to servername.com:0 failed with SQLState: 08006 Error code: 17002 Message: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection Retrying...(3/4). The database details are mentioned correctly in Project explorer. Someone please help to solve this issue.
