Currently every Mendix application requires a license Id and Key for every environment.
We would like to have just one license key to configure for all our apps one that does not expire or is at least managed by Mendix. This makes administration easier, less error prone and most importantly; not stressful.
Update Dec 31st: it is not customer/user friendly to have to change license key last minute for all running applications (informing users, creating new releases in the pipeline, handling errors, etc). We have spend quite a lot of work just for updating a license key. This stressful and frustrating and plainly ridiculous. This is not an organization-ready solution. The end of next year this will have to be done again, even though our license should to for 3 years and not 1!
