Add show logged in users button to deployment page

When deploying a new package to an environment, the last step is to restart the environment. Before I do so, I always want to check if anyone's still online, so I don't kick them out in the middle of an acceptance test or other activities. On production, I may not want to restart if we have more than x amount of users online.

For that reason, I would love to have the “show logged in users” button on the last page of the deployment process, so I don't have to go back to “environments” to check before restarting.
