I think it would be a great addition if you can see instantly which gridlines contain changed values that will be effective after restart.
In both
- Scheduled Events (which lines will be activated or deactivated at server start)
- Constants (which lines will have a different value after server start)
Sometimes this could also be a life saver, if someone before you switched a value and did not restart, you can get surprised.
The yellow marker that is used for deploying (when the server is not yet restarted: the staged message) can also be a nice addition to warn you in case of multiple pages with data.
