Currently if you click the “View Live Log” button for Sandbox applications, it links to a different URL (the logs page) if you are not the Technical Contact of the app. If you are the Technical Contact of the app, you actually go to the Live Log view. It would be nice if other users than the Technical Contact could view Live Logs.
