In the Mendix for Private Cloud (M4PC) the environment of an application has to be restarted in order to enable the debugger. Also for changing log levels you need to restart your app. It would be very pleasent if such actions didn't require a node restart, but can be applied without restarting, just as it is in the Mendix Cloud.
