Constants must be written in yaml when deploying to Private Cloud with standalone architecture or on-premise environment.
If even one Constants is missing, the application will not start.
For applications with a large number of Constants, creating the yaml is a very tedious task. This is even more so when many of them work fine with the default values.
It would be very efficient if we could use default value for Constants that are not written in yaml, and only write Constants that we want to override in yaml.
