We are currently receiving audit challenges around segregation of duties for production environments where the auditors would prefer that people who can develop do not have the ability to transport code to production. In order to bring up the debugger information screen you need to have transport rights so it would be really helpful if these could be split on the permissions screen so that developers can debug production issues without automatically getting the ability to release code to production
