Reorder Mendix Cloud app side bar

Hi,

As a developer using the Mendix cloud a lot, it bothers me the most used category Deployment gets pushed down more and more. Never used categories like App Insights or Project Management are easier reachable then the sections I need most, like environments (sure, it has a shortcut from home but still..), metrics, logs and metrics.

Please place the deployment section on top or at least top half of the sidebar
