My suggestion: Add an option to enable environments to automatically dump the memory of the JVM on OutOfMemory crashes and keep them around for 24-48h.

Has your app run out of memory?
-> If not: lucky you.
-> If yes: With mendix cloud you are in for a not so funny search. I call it "reverse guessing" because you have to reverse everything you did untill the issue - hopefully - no longer occurs.
Yes you can request a memory dump via support, but only after you show them all the efforts you have already put into it. I heard that is because it is quite a bit of manual work for them. And the memory dump will not contain the data from the just before the crash but from when the support came around to make the dump for you.
Lowcode & Mendix are about saving time. The current "reverse guessing" and the manual work needed by mendix costs everybody time and money.
