When I publish the app I get strange behavior. In preview, button is ok : In the published app, it looks like : I get those strange “<” and “>” at several places… (Note : earlier today in mendix pro, I also had problems with “captions” not updating. I could put any caption and in preview it kept the old caption. But somehow I’ve managed to solve it by erasing my folder and downloading again)

The user is probably using another language. Check the user language of this user and check your model in that same user language. The brackets are placed by Mendix if a value has not been translated to the other language.
