Service Console Error

I am trying to deploy a test application on an on-premise setup using service console and I keep getting this error. I have set the set the security level of my app to production and enabled security. I am attaching both the screenshots here. error: “Unable to start the app. Reason: Cannot start in production or acceptance mode with security disabled. Maybe the service could not be started.” I am using Mendix version 8.16.0

Did you commit the security changes before you created a versioned mda?

We are running into the same issues. We have turned the security on but still get the security disabled message. Are there any other place other than project security where it has to be turned on
