Cant deploy to the environment - The access granted has expired.

Hello, I can’t deploy the application package to the environment (licensed app). I created a package, now after I click Deploy and select target environment, I see a popup warning “Your application is still running. Please stop the application first.”. After I click Stop application, another popup appears saying “The access granted has expired. Please login again to renew the access.”. I tried to religion, it doesn’t help.   How can I resolve it? I have a Scrum Master role in the project. DO I need to be a Technical Contact in order to be able to deploy to the cloud?

The Technical Contact can grant you access to deploy on an environment.

Hi,

Based on my experience on the deployment failing issue, the server disk maybe got full. So it causes the deployment failing 

Check on that too.

If you can stop an application you already have transport permission. That error message looks like it’s from the backend service. I would suggest contacting Mendix Support and submit a ticket there.
