Features of Cloud deployed apps

Hi, I have created a free app. I want to know what are the difference in features when run offline and what features a app have when deployed on cloud. Please reply asap Thanks

free app will sleep when no activity, when your offline online again will take sometimes, or getting error in some case.

You can not run scheduled events in the free app because of the sleep. And with a standard license you will also have an acceptance envrionment to use.
