Edit Item in the Navigation like Label {1} based on attribute

Hello Mendixer, is it possible to add a dynamic number in the navigtion item like Item (2) ?  EDIT: So based on a Attribute from a Entity

No. The reason that this is not possible is that there is no datasource available in the navigation. No datasource, no entity.

A workaround is:

  • create a snippet containing a dataview having a microflow as datasource
  • add that snippet to the header of your page layout

An example of this is the visible at the right side of the topbar of marketplace module SystemManagement and in Base application.
